Endacopia Walkthrough — Chapter by Chapter
Endacopia follows Mellow, a young boy who has lost all his senses, as he tries to escape an uncomfortable home — and the strange, sometimes hostile world beyond it. This Endacopia walkthrough is organized the way the game is: Prologue, then Chapters 1–3, with every solution hidden behind a spoiler toggle. Read the visible layer for orientation; open a toggle only when you want that step solved.
The route below is compiled and cross-checked against public full-game playthroughs and the main community guides for the current Steam build (July 27, 2026). Different videos label the final stretch slightly differently (some split a short Chapter 4 + final boss out of Chapter 3) — the beats are the same either way.
Prologue Walkthrough — Out of the Room
The game opens in Mellow's room and quietly teaches its own grammar: examine everything, take anything that isn't nailed down, and expect the computer in the corner to matter. The prologue is short, but it ends on the first real gate most players fumble — the computer.
⚠️ Spoiler — Prologue solution
- Sweep the room: click every object once and take what's clickable. Endacopia's rooms hide progression in hotspots that look decorative.
- Objective: leave the room. Plug the computer's power cable in, boot it
up, find and open
doors.exe, then click the one unlocked door. - When the machine asks who's logging in, sign in as Mellow. Note the account's wallpaper while you're there — it shows someone being thrown from a truck, and it's your first real piece of story evidence.
- Through the unlocked door you're into the house proper, the hub opens up, and Chapter 1 begins.
Chapter 1 Walkthrough — Body Pieces & the Telescope
In a no-commentary full run, Chapter 1 wraps up around the 35-minute mark — but it packs in the game's two signature early sequences: a scramble to recover what Mellow has lost, and the telescope puzzle that stalls more first-time players than anything else in the chapter.
⚠️ Spoiler — Chapter 1 main route
- Chapter 1 opens with the toilet adventure, then sends Mellow out to collect all his body pieces — the payoff of the "lost all his senses" premise. Follow the chapter's signals from location to location; the pieces gate onward progress, so this is the critical path, not optional cleanup.
- The cockroach (easy early coins): use the cheese to lure the cockroach out, then kill it for coins. Note the twist: Mellow is allergic to cheese, so the game charges you a little dignity for the money.
- Solve the telescope puzzle before pushing on — it unlocks the sky-watching step the chapter needs to close.
Endacopia Telescope Puzzle — How to Solve It
The telescope only shows you anything useful in the right place and at the right time of day, and the game never tells you either. The answer is hiding in plain sight — literally written on a wall.
⚠️ Spoiler — Telescope puzzle solution
- Go to the jail first and read the walls. The puzzle's answer is written on the prison walls — most players walk past it before they know what it means.
- Make it night: enter and exit the jail repeatedly until the sky state flips to night. Time advances on re-entry, which is the game's standard trick.
- At night, sneak past the pig guarding the area and use the eye scanner.
- Use the telescope at the small shed by the cliff — at night it finally shows what the wall writing was pointing at.
- Switch panel: if you hit a switch bank in this stretch, the community consensus is to set every switch off except the yellow one.
Chapter 2 Walkthrough — Timesville
Timesville is the area most players search for by name: a seemingly utopian village of adorable animal civilians, with a clock plastered above almost every doorway. The town's mayor is the overworked Mirianne. It sits farthest down on the hub world — and it's where the game's dread concentrates: Timesville is where Mellow's missing eyes were at the start of the game, and the area's final boss is The Chameleon.
The Timesville Clock, Explained
Nearly every puzzle in this chapter runs through one mechanic, so learn it once and the chapter stops being cryptic.
⚠️ Spoiler — how the Timesville clock works
- Every clock has 6 intervals — 3 for daytime, 3 for dusk.
- Time moves one interval counter-clockwise each time Mellow enters a building. Entering advances time; exiting does nothing.
- Practical use: if an NPC, shop, or event needs dusk, deliberately step in and out of buildings to burn intervals. If a daytime-only interaction is about to slip away, stop entering buildings and finish it first.
⚠️ Spoiler — Chapter 2 main route & how it ends
- Work Timesville's buildings using the clock mechanic above — conversations update as the time of day shifts, so re-talking to villagers after moving the clock is how the chapter progresses.
- The chapter closes with Timesville shutting down. When the town closes, head back to the Circus.
- At the Circus, use the Metal Detector to locate the main boss — that discovery is the bridge into Chapter 3.
Chapter 3 Walkthrough — The Endgame
In a typical full run Chapter 3 starts around the 4:50 mark, which tells you something about pacing: Chapters 1–2 are the marathon, Chapter 3 is the sprint. Expect the endgame to recontextualize what Timesville was really doing to Mellow.
⚠️ Spoiler — Chapter 3 route to the ending
- Take the elevator up to the green hills hub. By this point both Miserytown and Timesville are closed off — the map has narrowed to the endgame path.
- The remaining route runs through the Offices and the gambling area. Keep sweeping rooms for hotspots; the endgame still gates on missed interactions like the rest of the game.
- Push through the final stretch to an ending. Which ending you land depends on quiet choices accumulated across all three chapters — see the Endings guide for what's confirmed about routes A, B, and C.
Stuck Anywhere? Run This Checklist
Almost every blocker in Endacopia is one of six things. Run the list in order before opening a spoiler — it solves most stalls without any help:
- An unseen hotspot — re-sweep the screen; click what looks decorative.
- A response not repeated — click that odd interaction again; some respond differently the second time.
- Dialogue not revisited — re-talk to everyone after any event.
- An item not examined — inspect inventory items themselves, not just their uses.
- An interface state overlooked — computers and machines have more than one screen or mode.
- A transition trigger not recognized — after story beats, old locations change; go back.
Still stuck? The puzzle hints page breaks each solution into three escalating levels so you can take just enough help.
